Like I’ve said before, I can only work with 10 people at a time effectively. This unique program is designed with the sole purpose of putting you on the fast lane to a lean body. No more detours and slow downs.

 

👉 When does it start?

✅ On 28 June 2021. Founding members will have the opportunity of working closely with me to achieve their dream body using my tried and tested, but unique methods to get you there FAST,  and keep there.

The program works in 6-week blocks. Founding members get access to unlimited blocks to reach their goal. We’ll set goals every 6 weeks. I’ll help you get there, week by week, block by block.

✅ The program is specifically designed to put an end to dieting and . It’s designed for people who’ve tried personal training, group training, all types of diets and still haven’t been able to see lasting results.

✅ You’ll get weekly coaching calls or Whatsapp chats, a simple nutrition plan, access The LEANBODYFASTLANE app, designed  to stop storing fat and start burning fat with unique daily workouts (valued at  $997). You won’t be doing the same boring workouts every week, instead you’ll get new science-based workouts that has been tested by me on real clients. Designed and proven to get results- to make you fit, lean and  full of energy.

👉 What equipment do I need?

✅  You don’t need any equipment to do the workouts, although some basics like a exercise mat, Pilatus ball, jump rope and some light db’s are recommend. The program is easy to follow anywhere any time. You don’t even need a large space do the workouts. 

👉 How much time do I need?

✅  As little as 20-40 minutes on most days. The program will be customized for you, so if you do have more time, i will show you how to make the most of your time.

👉 What if I can’t do some of the prescribed exercises?

✅  Don’t worry, I am a qualified Sports and conditioning Coach and an Exercise Specialist. An alternative exercise is just a message away.

👉 Is this a diet

✅  It is not. It is specialist workouts designed to change your body into a fat burning machine. It is nutrition made simple. Diets work for a short while. The right workouts will put you on the fast lane to your goals.
