It’s challenge time and you’re invited.
We’re kicking this 14 Day fitness challenge of on 3 May 2021 and the challenge will run until 16 May 2021 absolutely free.
The purpose of this challenge is to take your current fitness level to the next level!
Plan ahead:
You will be sweaty after each challenge and I recommend that you plan ahead to shower afterwards. It’s not workouts where you only change your shoes and continue with the rest of your day.
You can do it:
You will be training 6 out of the 7 days. Most of the challenges are for time, make sure you have a stopwatch or your phone to time yourself. Record your times for you to beat the following week. And of course to send it through to me.
Please go through the exercises prior to the challenge and let me know if you have any questions or concerns, or if you can not do some of the exercises and you need alternatives.
What about the Eating plan:
The eating plan is carefully designed for you to have enough energy whilst on this challenge. You don’t have to follow the eating plan (it is totally up to you) but it is nice not to plan your food and shopping list for two weeks. Also, you don’t want to make the mistake to be eating more (because you are training harder) and gain weight during the 14 days.
If you follow the eating plan you will most certainly lose some unwanted fat, feel good and look great!
Go through the eating plan prior to the challenge and let me know if you have to substitute any food.

If you complete the challenge I will send you 2 weeks of free Movefit programs plus a 4 week ABS program.
As soon as you commit to the challenge I will send more information about tracking your workouts.
