Workout finishers are certainly not easy.

Prepare yourself for a shock, it is designed to burn body fat by doing a lot of work in a short period of time.  If you are brave enough to add them to your workouts, get ready for some serious results.

Workout finishers are used when your body is already in an increased metabolic state.  By doing so, we take advantage of an elevated capacity for calorie burning, thus torching fat faster than ever.

Workout finishers typically consist of a short series of high intensity exercises at the end of a training session, typically lasting no more than 10 minutes.

Some may be as short as four minutes or less. Be warned though, they will be some of the longest minutes of your life.

 

Here is today’s workout finisher. Do it to maximize fat burning while improving muscle tone. This finisher has been called a short cut to abs.

And indeed it can help you to be lean and athletic sooner, but in order to reap the full benefits you have to do it at the end of a suitable tough workout, and you must give it your all.
