This program consists of 4 days. I strongly suggest that you do day 1 on Monday, Day 2 on Tuesday, rest on Wednesday and do day 3 on Thursday and day 4 on Friday.

However you can choose your days any way that you like. As long as you do all 4 days in a 7 day cycle. Please follow the days in order.

My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.

I love exercising.
I mean really love.
I can’t function without it.
And the Kickstart your fitness program is the program that made me like this.
It is the exact program I used to make me strong, fit, lean and healthy. After this program I was ready to take my fitness to the next level.
It has turned me into a top trail runner who compete with professional and sponsored runners. I just run for the love of it and not to make a career out of it. After all, I am a mother of two boys and that is where my priority lies.
 It is a way to express my fitness and strength.
