I have heard it over and over again from my clients to check that I have the right program. That I am not confusing their program with someone else’s program.

Today I felt like that too,  I double checked that I am not doing someone else’s program.  Do I  actually have to do Frog jumps in between step ups and Bulgarian Split squats?  And as usual there is no mix up.  Anyways, after Easter there is no better way to make sure all the chocolates and hot cross buns are something from the past.
